Seaglass, also known as "Mermaid Tears," is beautiful glass remnants (likely from bottles thrown overboard old ships) that have been tumbling around in the ocean for decades to hundreds of years. Eventually these pieces of bottles, plates, etc. wash up on shore as treasures waiting to be found. Beachglass comes in many colors and shapes, thicknesses and variations of frostedness and wear. Some colors like orange and red are very rare and highly sought by collectors!
