Amber’s work blurs the lines between past and present, weaving together ancient textures, art history, and organic materials to create pieces that feel both timeless and fresh.
Originally from Berryville, Arkansas, Amber Angeloni has been immersed in art for as long as she can remember. Encouraged early on by her mother and a well-loved book on drawing horses, she found a passion for creative expression that eventually led her to earn a degree in Art Education from the University of Central Arkansas. After teaching high school art for four years, her family’s military journey brought her to coastal Georgia, first in 2012 and again more permanently since 2020.
Amber is a multidisciplinary artist with a primary focus on painting and jewelry making. She also maintains a home pottery studio, where her background in ceramics continues to influence her process. Her artwork frequently incorporates unconventional surfaces such as reclaimed wood and stone, allowing the natural textures to play an active role in the finished composition.
Her artistic voice is shaped by a deep love for both nature and historical imagery, particularly medieval manuscripts and the imaginative ways animals and figures were depicted throughout time. These influences can be seen across her work, where aged surfaces meet bold compositions and subtle storytelling. By blending historical detail with natural materials, Amber has created a distinctive style that feels rooted yet innovative.
Since joining High Tide Gallery in 2024, Amber’s art has continued to evolve. Whether she is working in paint, metal, or clay, she brings curiosity and reverence for the handmade to each piece, offering collectors something deeply personal and visually striking.
