Deb & Dale Lindgren

Bunnell, FL

Woodworking

Together, Deb and Dale craft beautiful driftwood and shell art that tells the story of their diverse roots and love for nature’s gifts.

Deb originally hails from South Georgia, while Dale comes from South Range, Upper Michigan. Both have made the St. Augustine area their home—Deb for about 10 years and Dale for 5. They met in 2020 and were married in March 2024, now sharing a home in Bunnell.
Deb’s serious journey into art began in 2003, when she discovered she was pregnant at 42 and chose to pursue her passion for painting, focusing on photorealism in oils instead of returning to a marketing career. After meeting Dale, she found herself inspired by their time together, leading to a shared creative venture.
Deb and Dale’s art centers on driftwood décor, crafted from pieces collected from Lake Superior’s shores, along with Florida shells gathered by Deb. Their creations are a beautiful fusion of their distinct backgrounds and shared adventures—Lake Superior’s rustic driftwood meets Florida’s coastal treasures.
Their inspiration partly comes from Dale’s Uncle Bob, a talented artist known for wreaths and trees in Upper Michigan. Dale’s family camp on Lake Superior, held since 1960, serves as a special source of memories and material.
Together, Deb and Dale invite you to enjoy their handcrafted, unique art pieces that reflect a lifetime of experiences, nature’s beauty, and a love that keeps them dancing through life.
Deb’s earlier painting career earned her dozens of Best of Show awards and numerous sales, showcasing her talent and dedication.
