Originally from Bowling Green, Ohio, Heather Hill has been creating art for over 30 years. Now based in St. Augustine after moving with her husband’s work, Heather joined the High Tide Gallery in December 2024, bringing with her a unique blend of fine art and heartfelt messaging.
